All archers must pass this test before they take the Performance Safety test. To pass this test, you can miss no more than three (3) questions. The archer being authorized is responsible for sending a copy of this form to the Master of Archers to be recorded in the Kingdom Database. Your Authorization is not complete until doing so. This form will be your temporary authorization and is valid for three months from the above date.
